Using EPM and the new DPMA, I am able to enter the configuration server info and have the phones configure and update firmware if needed. I was able to get it registered and works fine on a different phone, but this particular phone won't register with the pbx - even tried setting up a new test extension. Thanks for watching. Check the SIP section of the VX and ensure that (1) you have created extensions, (2) they are using the correct username and password, and (3) they are registering with the PBX (click Register).
